RETURN &
REFUND POLICY
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Returns are only accepted for defective items or incorrect orders, as all products are custom-made.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the order was incorrect.
Custom items are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
